Saif Ali Khan’s no-carb, no-sugar diet is perfect for those looking to shed extra kilos 

Saif Ali Khan is one who does not believe in the conventional idea of training to get fit. By that, we mean he’s one of the new actors who does not consult a professional instead manages his fitness routine himself. For Jawaani Jaaneman, Saif had to pull off the look of a young father and thus needed to lose excessive weight. 

During an interview with a leading daily, Saif revealed that since he did not have much time to get fit for his next part, he decided to go on a no-carb and no-sugar diet to get maximum results. His breakfast would contain oatmeal made in skimmed milk, which would be topped off with some fresh fruits. Portion control was another essential element of Saif’s diet. The actor would restrict himself to a bowl of seasonal salad during lunchtime and for dinner, he would have a light fillet steak.

Saif also stuck to home-cooked food and avoided eating outside.
